Confession Booths was released on 8/6/2008. This adds confession booths to all the major chapels. Not the chapel at Weynon Priory though, as it doesn't really fit.

Basically, if you have a bounty, then it removes the bounty, says your crimes have been forgiven, then takes the owed money from your inventory (all of your money if you can't pay it) as a donation to the chapel (doesn't really do anything, but that's the idea behind it). It also will take off one infamy point if you have infamy. If you go 7 days in a row, then you get the power "Protection of the Nine", but you lose the power if you stop going. You can only use it once a day, unless you go to a different chapel (not intentional, but I can't figure out how to fix this so...).

I made it because I hated it how if you were an evil character, and decided you wanted to start being good (or you just want the benefits of praying at the chapel), then if your infamy is higher than your fame it tells you to repent your crimes. Well, guess what, there is no way to do that, except to balance it out with good deeds (you can slaughter a village as long as you give the needy people some money and be nice to people???), so now you can actually repent. If you want to balance out your fame and infamy, you need to go consistently and confess until you've balanced it out and the nine see that you really have changed (you obviously have if you are that dedicated to going to church every day =p)

Yay! My first ever oblivion script!

Compatability: As far as I know, this mod will only conflict with mods that change the interior of chapels. And even then it will probably still work.

Just so you guys know, I'm working on a better, more expansive version of this called Holy Expansion.

Please ignore the statement at the end about me stopping modding fable. That's old, and now I'm back.
