I've been modding Fable for quite a while. I'm pretty experienced, but there's still stuff I can't do. Just mostly stuff that most people couldn't do anyway =p. I learned to do 3D modeling, some hex editing, texturing, and all sorts of nifty stuff while modding fable. While it's fun, it's not really easy to do, and I wrote several tutorials (not all of them are spectacular, and I should probably fix that).

I've made a ton of Fable mods, but I'll try to find at least most of them and dedicate a page to it, so here's the list:

Aside from mods, I've also made several tutorials. While not all of them are any good, and one of them spews crap into your eyeballs as you read (not really, it's just bad), but a few of them are pretty good, and most of them are pretty useful.
